God gave special people amazing shoes, that when they had gone home no one could ever wear those same shoes again the way that special person God chose had worn them. Aaron can never be replaced or forgotten. He lived, loved and grew as wild as the lily by the way and precious more then gold. If you thought he was amazing here, wait till you see how amazing he is in the place he has been promised to be in. God is present in your family at this trying time, and there is no one else that can give you more then what God has promised for you. Our hearts are constantly in prayer for you, God bless you and give you strength for Jesus has risen again for you and I. Aaron, until we meet again, save us a laugh, plate and place next to the Father on that great morning day when we shall meet again. We love you all, and may God continue to be by your side.

Sheri, Marc and Ben,
Aaron always seemed to be bigger than life itself.
I loved to hear the "latest" about Aaron because he was always at the top of his game - in everything he did. May you find comfort in knowing he got more out of life in 17 years than most people get in 70.
My love and prayers to you...............God bless
Paul Clifford | What a great young man!! | April 27, 2007 |
Our whole family is grieving for Aaron but I wanted to write about the incredible relationship that our family had with Aaron, Marc and Sheri during a couple of basketball seasons at the Huntington Beach Boys and Girls Club as well as NJB. My son Takeshi Clifford played with Aaron and they were the 1,2 punch of our team (We went to the NJB Orange County All Net Finals) Marc was the head coach and thank god he was cool, calm and collected...did I mention patient? Sheri was the loving and devoted mother with snacks and her ever present video camera.
As parents we had a great time, Aaron would charge up the court going a zillion miles an hour and if he thought about it he would pass but...naahhhhh go for the basket because you know what...he always had supreme confidence that he would make it....and he usually did.
As I sit and think about Aaron the words that come to mind are confidence, vitality, warrior, excitement, loving, endearing, intelligent, exciteable -- what a wonderful young man that will forever hold a place in my family's hearts and prayers.
God has a greater need for him than we do on earth and I am sure that Aaron is working hard at whatever tasks that God has called him to.

Marc, Sheri, and Ben,
We are all here for you during this difficult time and you are in our thoughts and prayers. Aaron was such a smart, loving, special boy and he will truly be missed by everyone he touched. I'm sure my Dad will watch over him in heaven. He was like a little brother to us.
Take care of yourselves and be strong for each other. We are here for you anytime you need to talk.
We love all of you!
